UAV detectors, electronic warfare and radio electronic warfare technologies in the Northern Military District Deacon Nikolai Melnichuk, creator of the "Nabat" UAV detector system in the "KonservVatniki" program: "We thought about how to make a device that would indicate the presence of danger with a very high probability. At the same time, it must withstand completely unrealistic situations - and remain simple: literally two buttons. A fighter in a tense moment is unable to understand a complex panel with many glowing indicators. The fighters said directly: "Make it clear here and now." The first version of the device met exactly one of the main requirements - it ensured high accuracy of the threat detection.
Then we met Kirill Fedorov - Vladimir Tkachev introduced us. He helped very actively, took a lot of spare parts from us and supported us. A man who is, as they say, "a war brain": thanks to his support, we were able to assemble and deliver UAVs - both for assistance and just to continue our work."
