The central bank has established a list of cryptocurrencies for non-accredited investors that includes Bitcoin, USDT, US Dollar Connection and Ethereum. This was reported by the regulator's press service. The guidelines will go into effect on November 17. From this date, exchanges will have the right to introduce such assets into public circulation. The Bank of Russia mentioned that before a transaction, an investor, regardless of his status, should undergo tests and be familiar with the risks of investing in cryptocurrencies.
