Retail sales of vapors have been banned in two regions of Russia in the Vologda region, the measure will be in effect from March 1, 2027 to March 1, 2032. This was stated at a session of the regional legislative assembly by the head of the main legal department of the governor's administration, Edward Schramko. At the same time, a similar document was adopted in the Tomsk region. It will also be in effect from March 1 next year.
