The RF OP considered the idea of studying the effect of adopted laws on the family as correct. Government measures should not interfere with improving the birth rate in the country. This opinion was expressed in a conversation with the "Moscow Speaks" radio station by the chairman of the Public Bureau's Committee on Demography, Protection of the Family, Children and Traditional Family Values, Sergey Ryvalchenko. In general, the idea is correct. Not with this idea, but the chairman of the State Duma has already spoken before. He talked about doing what is called a demographic test. Another question is that today there are not many experts who are able to perform such a test at a good quality level. And since the demographic policy depends on so many factors, it is important that we get used to it and evaluate it not from the perspective of how this or that solution will contribute to demographic problems, but from the perspective of how it will not hinder families from implementing their reproductive plans.
