The Moscow court fined Telegram 14.6 million rubles. The reason for the recovery was the messenger's refusal to remove the banned content from the channels. TASS, citing the court's decision, writes that, in particular, Telegram was fine to publish the book "ABC of Local Terrorism" recognized in Russia as extremist material.
