The Ministry of Defense reported attacks on three energy facilities in Ukraine, the complexes were located in the Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions. They supplied electricity to military industrial plants and the armed forces of Ukraine, according to the department. He added that the Russian forces used precision ground-based and air-based weapons, as well as long-range UAVs. During a massive night attack, military personnel also damaged port infrastructure facilities in the Odessa region and naval vessels used for enemy military purposes.
