Putin ordered the Cabinet of Ministers to establish a subcommittee for uninterrupted operation of IT and communication facilities. The Ministry of Digital Development should take into account the free capacity of private data centers. The presidential decree shows that companies have been given the right to use foreign data centers to operate Russian services. The document signed by Vladimir Putin also states that data centers will have to reserve 10% of the area and capacity in case it is necessary to support Russia's information resources.
