Vladimir Putin approved the rules for the import and export of military goods with Belarus. The presidential decree was published on the legal information portal. It states that the directive establishes the procedure for creating lists of military products for export from Russia and import to the Republic and vice versa, as well as the procedure for issuing the appropriate permits.
