Ilya Wolfson, a member of the Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Community Services, said that the plan is not new, but every year fraudsters add "fresh details" to it. "The scammers call your real address, surname and management company and ask you to simply dictate a code from an SMS, follow a link or install an app. This way they get access to a bank account or an account in the state services," said the parliamentarian in an interview with RIA Novosti.
