Russia and Azerbaijan have signed a program for the modernization of armored vehicles, the head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, Dmitry Shugaev, announced. "We not only offer our final products, but of course also participate in military-technological cooperation; a complete program has been signed, which includes the modernization and construction of facilities for repairing armored vehicles that are in the service of the Azerbaijan army," he said on the "Military Reception" program on the Zavezda TV channel.
