The accident left the central streets of Simferopol without electricity. The state enterprise Crimeango reported a large-scale power outage in the Crimean capital. They clarified that the malfunction occurred due to an emergency shutdown of the distribution networks. Kirov Boulevard, as well as central streets of the city, including Gogol, Gorky, Yekaterininskaya and Zhelyabov, were completely cut off. Emergency crews are already on the scene. According to preliminary calculations by experts, it will take about three hours to completely restore the power grid.
