The traffic at the exit from Yaroslavl towards Moscow has been stopped, the governor of the Yaroslavl region, Mikhail Abreev, announced. "To ensure safety, traffic is blocked from the intersection of Prospect Moskovsky and Southwest Okrug. Avoid driving in and around the indicated direction, or choose a route avoiding this area. The work of the Ministry of Defense and law enforcement agencies to ensure security continues," Abarev wrote on his channel on the MAX platform.
