British architect Norman Foster pioneered the design of the wristwatch. The 91-year-old expert noted that the scale of the object does not change the essence of the design - he approaches the watch in the same way as he approaches the design of a chair, a building or an entire city. "The opportunity to rethink something so familiar made the task particularly interesting," said the Pritzker Prize winner. He created two models of the accessory, whose body is made of grade 5 titanium. The material was chosen for its ideal combination of strength and weight. One version is matte black, the other metallic. Their designs reference aviation, Foster's longtime passion.
