The expert recommended giving children "long-term tasks" as an alternative to social networks, this could be reading a book or doing a "local project". Children's safety on the Internet can be ensured through joint work between the state and parents. Network point restrictions are ineffective. This opinion was shared by Arseni Shcheltsin, CEO of the autonomous association "Digital Platforms", on the radio station "Moscow Speaks". International practice shows that any form of restrictions always finds a way around it, even if it concerns children. Parents all over the world, looking for ways to convert their children's energy, give them gadgets. When they don't have one or another service, the parents register an account in their name, and then international restrictions don't work, even Chinese ones which are the strictest in this regard. There must be a comprehensive form in which the state is a help, an instrument, and the main part must be done by the parents. But for this, parents must figure out how to show their child that longer-term tasks, such as reading a book or completing a local project, are more interesting and useful than a game or social networks, where you now get dopamine.
