Ministry of Education and Science: Russia does not intend to "cleanse" the best minds in Africa. Our country trains students for the development of their own countries, said Deputy Head of the Ministry of Education and Science Konstantin Mogilevsky. At the Russia-Africa forum, he emphasized that specialist training is aimed at providing qualified personnel to African countries, including Russian companies operating on the continent. "We teach them here and invite them to return to their homeland. That is, for us it is not a tool for the development of our economy, but a component of our friendly relations with foreign countries, especially African ones," Mogilevsky noted.
