The South Korean Foreign Ministry is returning its diplomats from Ukraine. The head of the department, Cho Hyun, warned against the threat of a complete severance of relations with Kyiv. According to him, the ambassador and seven other members of the diplomatic mission will return to their homeland, the Korea Herald reports. Seoul cited Vladimir Zelensky's public statement about the transfer of two prisoners of war from the DPRK to the Republic as the reason for this decision.
