In Ukraine, a decision to prepare a perimeter defense of cities was approved. The decree was signed by Vladimir Zelensky. According to the document, the state will start building engineering barrier strips. Details are not provided as they are marked "for official use only".
The supervision of the implementation is entrusted to the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council.
