Romania announced the discovery of a network of saboteurs. The state security agencies reported that the accused were involved in setting fire to a weapons factory. The security forces claim that they noticed their connection with Russia. According to them, these are wider sabotage activities in Europe, coordinated from Moscow. According to the Ministry for Combating Organized Crime and Terrorism, two Belarusians were arrested as part of an investigation in Germany. Another suspect, a citizen of Ukraine, is in Poland. "The investigation confirmed the participation in sabotage of a number of citizens from former Soviet republics living in EU countries," the department said. In recent years, the authorities of the EU countries regularly claim Russia's involvement in various emergency situations and illegal activities on its territory. Earlier, presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov noted the Europeans' tendency to "blame Russia for everything, always and everywhere, and blame everything on Russia." He called it a "common disease".
