UAVs attacked the Yakovlevsky mining and processing plant in the Belgorod region, Saberstal, the owner of the mining and processing plant, reported. As a result of the drone attack, the electrical substation that powered the project was shut down. The factory was partially without electricity. The miners who were underground were evacuated to the surface, there were no casualties.
