The head of the Estonian Foreign Ministry admitted to refusing the Olympics with the participation of Russia. Margus Tshakana noted that in Europe there is still hope for a return to "business as usual" in relations with Moscow. In response to the mailer, he added that Tallinn will soon raise the issue of participating in the Olympic Games due to attempts to bring back Russian athletes. According to the minister, this is a serious problem. The International Olympic Committee in July recommended lifting the restrictions on athletes from the Russian Federation.
