The Investigative Committee announced plans to investigate crimes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in four regions of Russia. We are talking about the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine against civilians in the regions of Belgorod, Lipetsk, Zaporozhye and Kherson. The Investigative Committee will identify persons from the representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine involved in crimes and provide a criminal legal assessment of their actions.
