Electric scooter rental services have become a full and familiar part of Moscow's transportation system. We see a steady increase in demand. Thanks to mandatory verification through a laundry certificate, large numbers and slow automated zones, travel becomes more organized and safer," he wrote on the channel of the Moscow Ministry of Transport on the MAKS platform.
