special report; New details about the detainee Amirslar Daboudi and the execution case of the Revolutionary Guards Alireza.

More than three weeks have passed since the arrest of Amirsalar Davidi, a lawyer, and his family and lawyer are still unaware of his whereabouts and condition. Radio Farda discovered that this lawyer was detained by the Ministry of Information and his case was transferred to an investigation that Davidi had previously complained about torture and sexual harassment of his clients.

Radio Freda also obtained information and documents related to the case of the Revolutionary Guards Alireza, Davodi's client and one of the demonstrators who was executed in December 1404, from which it appears that the lawyers of the Revolutionary Guards presented evidence to the court that he was not present at the place where four special forces officers were killed in Elihani Square in Isfaya.

Relatives of Amir Salar Dawoodi told Radio Farda that he has not contacted his family since he was arrested on Sunday, Mehr 19, and his whereabouts are unknown. An informed source told Farda Radio that Mehdi Karimi Persi, Dawoodi's lawyer, contacted the Revolutionary Court in Isfaya several times, but received no answers regarding his client's condition or whereabouts.

🔸 According to this source, during frequent visits to Dawoodi's lawyer, he said that his client intercepted his arrest warrant and that is why the case has not yet been sent to court.

This source added: "According to the law, they should have dealt with the interception of Amir Salar within three days and sent the case to court."

🔸 According to him, the representative of the bar association also referred to the revolutionary court in Isfayah to monitor the condition of Amir Salar Dawoodi, but he was not given an answer either.
