Grossi's proposal to return to the "Cairo Agreement" in order to monitor Iran's nuclear activities.

Rafael Grossi, Director General of the IAEA, proposed on Tuesday, November 5, at the UN Security Council meeting, to return to the "Cairo Agreement" as a solution to the problem of not monitoring Iran's nuclear activities.

According to the statement that this agency published on its website about Grossi's speech at the United Nations, the agency's director general described this agreement as a "practical approach" through which it is possible to respond to Tehran's security concerns and pave the way for the verification of Iran's nuclear activities after the war.

Raphael Grossi's reference is to the agreement he signed on behalf of Iran in Cairo in mid-September 1404 after the 12-day war.

At the same time, Iraqi said that this agreement establishes a "practical mechanism" for cooperation, which reflects both the "exceptional security conditions of Iran" after the Israeli and US attacks on Iran's nuclear facilities, as well as the "technical requirements of the agency". Iran's foreign minister also said that the implementation of the agency's inspections based on the signed agreement is "fully in accordance with the law of the Iranian Parliament of Salami."
