A recent ground attack on King Fahd International Airport in the city of Dammam, located in eastern Saudi Arabia, left one person dead and eight injured.

🔸 The Saudi Civil Aviation Organization announced that this ground attack occurred on the evening of Wednesday, October 21, and in addition to human casualties, damage was also caused to the airport facilities, the extent of which is still being assessed.

🔸 This is the second time in less than two weeks that this airport is the target of a ground attack. Earlier, on October 11, the Saudi authorities announced a ground attack on the Dammam airport.

At the same time, the military coalition led by Saudi Arabia announced that it intercepted and destroyed four drones over the eastern province of this country on Thursday morning.

These attacks are taking place in the continuation of the military tensions between Saudi Arabia and the Houthis in Yemen, who have attacked airports and critical facilities in Saudi Arabia several times in recent weeks.
