The judge of Usafia announced the charge against Amirslar Daboudi for publishing the audio file of the marriage of Safahi and Kashani. Alireza Safhi was one of the young detainees in the case known as "Midan Elihani" in Usafia, who was recently executed. Before the execution of the death sentence, he and his fiancee Mehshad Kashani, who was also imprisoned, got married. The marriage sermon of these two people was read by Mr. Dawoodi and his audio file was posted on his social media user accounts, which received wide response. Asadullah Jaafari, the Chief Justice of Usafia, said on Tuesday, 21 Mahar, that this action of this lawyer "caused propaganda abuse by hostile media and anxiety of the public mind". At the same time, he added that Dawoodi published "a large number of stories against the state and incited people to confront the system and hate society on his personal page on Instagram." The Supreme Judge of Usafia says that this is the reason why the arrest warrant was issued and this lawyer was charged on October 11 with the charge of "publishing computer lies with the intention of disturbing public opinion and inciting people to kill each other with the intention of disrupting the security of the state and propagating against the regime." The president of the Supreme Court in Isfaya also claimed that this lawyer "hid his mobile phone in an unknown place and considering the fact that the audio file produced by the defendant was published on the Mand network of Iran International, there is a possibility that the defendant sent the case to the same Mand network." He warned that if this issue is proven and explained to the accused, "confirmation of the lies of the published audio file, Section 4 of the Law on Increasing the Punishment of Espionage and Cooperation with Israel". Emir Salar Dawoodi, who has a history of representing several cases of political prisoners, has faced judicial convictions in the past. He was sentenced to 30 years in prison and 111 lashes including 2018. Referring to Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, 10 years in prison applies to this lawyer.
