🔸 At the meeting of the Salmi Council on Tuesday, October 14, which was held in the format of an online seminar, Articles 21 and 22 of the controversial plan "to combat the infiltration of intelligence services and foreign governments or institutions" were approved.

Section 22 of this plan says: "Interviewing and participation of Iranian citizens in interviews for media or human media that have been designated and declared by the Ministry of Information as "adversaries" or that are owned or managed on a budget by agents associated with governments at one level and several governments, with the exception of compliance with the provisions of this law, is prohibited and subject to the sixth section of Article 19. Law."
