The company Isiam Tamthil Goztim, which provides ground services and representation in the aerospace industry, filed a lawsuit against this airline due to the non-acceptance of its claim in the amount of three million euros.

According to the Hurriyet newspaper, the lawyers of the aforementioned company, which failed to get their demand from the Iranian airline company, went together with the Istanbul police to the Istanbul airport and demanded to stop the flight of "Caspian Airlines" planes.

This report added that at the same time, the officers noticed that a Caspian Airlines passenger plane with the registration number EP-KPB was preparing to move to the runway and fly to Iran. They immediately asked to prevent the plane from taking off.
