🔸 Donald Trump, President of the United States of America, rejected reports about a proposal to lift sanctions and release Iran's frozen assets if Tehran withdraws from its nuclear program.

He wrote on his social network, TruthSocial, on Monday, the 6th of Farvardin: "Axios just published a report claiming that Trump proposed lifting sanctions and releasing Iran's frozen assets. This claim is false. I didn't make them any offer!"

At the same time, Trump called the report on the Axios website a "hoax and fake news" and emphasized that "they should retract this fake report immediately!"

The US President has repeatedly said that Iran's illegal nuclear activity was the main reason for his entering into a conflict against Tehran. 🔸CNN and Axios, citing US officials, wrote that the US President is willing to agree to reduce sanctions and release Iran's frozen assets if Iran is willing to back down from its nuclear program.

The Axios website in its report on Monday, in addition to referring to Trump's "willingness" to give economic concessions to Iran if the nuclear negotiations progress, wrote that the two sides are far apart on key issues.

This news website added that Iran wants the negotiations to focus on the Strait of Hormuz and the US naval blockade, while the Trump administration wants Iran to agree to concessions in the field of the nuclear program.
