On Wednesday, Mehr 1, Seifizadeh reposted the writing of his lawyer Mehdi Jaladi on his Instagram, stating that the Court of Appeal, by changing the title of the singer's charge to "infringement of public modesty", sentenced him to a fine of 50 million tomans and three months of free public services for students and children covered by welfare.

Khiva Seifzadeh was previously arrested after singing a solo in a program in a building across from Tehran in March 1403.

On Wednesday, August 28, he announced by publishing a video that the court sentenced him to four years in prison on charges of "encouraging corruption and prostitution."

🔸 The publication of this news was met with widespread reactions from citizens on social networks as well as professional associations, including the Music House.

Since last year, the Iranian government has increased its attitude towards female singers. In addition to the arrest and issuance of judicial orders, the Instagram account of several female singers was also blocked by the judiciary.
