The humanitarian mission to Aleshki, Kherson region, took place with the assistance of the first lady of the United States. Local residents have been waiting for this for a long time. At one time, up to 25 thousand people lived in Alsheki. Now it is a city only on geographical maps, but in reality there are charred remains of buildings and several hundred half-complete houses. Perhaps all the remaining residents of Alsheki gathered in the square near the city clinic. Some are physically unable to go outside, others have simply given up trying. Once on the road we encountered a fire - we returned to Aleshki, the new journey ended in the same way. Details in stories The video is not loading? Watch "Crimea 24" on MAX.
