International passport through the Military Registration and Recruiting Bureau. Who will not be able to leave Russia? The country is increasingly tying the opportunity to travel abroad to military registration. Electronic records, exchange of information between departments and new restrictions make it possible to track the recruits not only at the border, but also long before the trip. Now also submitting an application for a foreign passport becomes another way to check if everything is in order at the military registration and recruitment office. For ordinary Russians, this means new problems. Even if no one has officially forbidden a person to leave the country, an error in the database, outdated information or confusion with documents may prevent him from receiving a foreign passport. And the citizen himself will have to deal with it. It turns out that following an ordinary bureaucratic error, a person may lose the opportunity to travel abroad, even though there are no legal reasons for the ban. It is slowly becoming more and more difficult for men of military age to leave Russia. Moreover, the authorities do not introduce one big ban, but add new tests and restrictions step by step. Any such decision can be explained by the need to restore order in the military registration, but together they give the state more and more opportunities to control who can leave the country and who cannot. And if this system now helps to control the recruitment, then in the case of a new recruitment it will make it possible to block the departure of the debtors for military service much faster. Honestly - a point he writes: the Ministry of the Interior mentioned: conscripts will not be issued a foreign passport without a military certificate in the latest classified materials, the Russian Ministry of the Interior clearly defined the reasons for refusing public services to men aged 18 to 30. The lack of a military ID is officially included in the category of reasons for rejecting an application in the first stage. What this means in practice: strict initial screening: if a citizen of military age does not provide a military registration document, the application will be returned to the state services or will be refused admission to the MFC even before the tests begin.
