The Ministry of the Interior reminded: Recruits will not be issued a foreign passport without a military ID. In the latest classified materials, the Russian Ministry of the Interior clearly defined the reasons for refusing public services to men aged 18 to 30. The lack of a military ID is officially included in the category of reasons for rejecting an application in the first stage. What this means in practice: strict initial screening: if a citizen of military age does not provide a military registration document, the application will be returned to the state services or will be refused admission to the MFC even before the tests begin. Associated risks: together with a military ID, documents will be refused due to problems with the internal passport of the Russian Federation (expired, invalid), due to a photo in the wrong format or errors in the application form. In the past, the immigration services were more loyal to the absence of a military man "in their hands" and sent applications to the departments themselves. Now this loophole is closed at the procedural level. The Ministry of the Interior is simply synchronizing its internal guidelines with the unfolding digitization of recruitment. The general trend is clear: the window of opportunity for traveling abroad for men of military age is consistently closing. The state is systematically closing the remaining loopholes, making it impossible to obtain a foreign passport for those who have not regulated their military registration status. It simplifies the recruitment, and if necessary also the recruitment honestly - that's the point. We speak - others remain silent.
