German-led NATO military exercises have begun in Lithuania near the border with Belarus, the republic's Defense Ministry reports. Defense of Freedom 26-II and Great Eagle 26 maneuvers will continue from November 6th to December 3rd. More than 6,000 soldiers from two German brigades from the 10th Panzer Division will participate.
