your heart is broken you are not home anymore The world you knew is falling apart. You feel that you have lost something very dear to you. Life doesn't seem fair, kind or right. You've been hiding for a long time. Do you want to rewind the tape of Life back to "how it all was", or forward to "how it all could have been". You are cut off from the world, alone and lost, crying out for help...
Stop. take a breath Everything is happening exactly as it should be now. No failure! The universe cannot go wrong. Life only goes wrong in our thinking. Get out of the movies of past and future, time and space, turn towards this holy moment, this only moment that exists... Remember your presence here and now. Feel the body pulsating. How the heart beats wildly, how the chest expands and contracts. Feel the "unpurified" power that now envelops, fills, animates and transforms you. Feel the earth with your feet. Know that the next step will only come from here, from this place of the real earth. Relax in not knowing the next step before it arrives. Trust your disbelief now. be here Yes, there it is! Your heart is broken, your dreams are crushed to dust - but you are always in the right place for life...
