It doesn't address anyone in particular, it spreads in all directions. Those who approach the Buddha will feel him, shower him, bathe him. And it is unconditional.
Love has no conditions, no if, no. Love never says, “fill those requirements, so I love you.” It doesn’t matter who comes to you, sinners or saints. Those approaching you enjoy the vibration of love. Love is unconditional giving, but only those who have it can give.
