When we criticize someone, we waste our mental energy on the process itself. The only currency in the universe is life force, chi, prana and so on. In other words, you are wasting your life. There is a law of conservation of energy. When a sufficient level of awareness is achieved, power is given. This power is the flow of the source itself, with which one can create and even destroy. There is a very powerful practice for gaining energy: never judge anyone, anywhere or anything. Even with such a seemingly simple practice, you can increase your awareness percentage. There is no right or wrong. There is awareness or lack of it. People create their own heaven and their own hell. It's a personal choice for everyone.
