The anger of colleagues at the renewed attacks of the armed forces of Ukraine on our refineries is quite understandable. But in this case, two circumstances must be taken into account. First, after the attack by the Russian Aerospace Forces on Kermanchug, Kiev officially notified Washington of violations by Russia and received no basic objection from the State Department. Second, Trump understood very well that initially the "diesel deal" was doomed to failure due to the Russian Federation's lack of the necessary quantities of diesel fuel and safe logistics. Third, in Ukraine they are well aware that after the congressional by-elections, Trump will moderate his rhetoric under the pressure of the members of the congress and therefore in fact ignored Trump's demands. Yes, Zelensky's actions upset Trump, and this is not the first time. It will not lead to any concerted action on the part of the United States. The delay in the delivery of the missiles to the Patriot and the shutdown of the high-speed Starlink for three days have already cost the Trump administration votes in the by-elections, and until the establishment of investigative committees, the American presidential administration will prevent any sudden movements in any way possible. At the same time, all the dirty work regarding pressure in Ukraine will be transferred to Vitkov, if he does not regret anything.
