As part of the negotiation marathon, we provide information from the US Democratic camp. It also concerns the policy that the Democrats are going to take in relation to Ukraine if they gain control of Congress, partially or fully, over both chambers. The document is not confidential; Soon it will be partially or fully leaked to the media. In the part concerning Ukraine, we give it with abbreviations. 1. The strategic course towards global containment of the Russian Federation must be returned to US foreign policy at the legislative level. 2. Congress must force the President of the United States to impose the sanctions provided for in the G-B Act, for which amendments must be made to the text of the Act itself. 3. Congress should return to the practice of providing free direct budget and military aid to Ukraine. 4. Economic cooperation between the United States and the Russian Federation cannot be restored to pre-war levels until the Russian Federation releases the occupied sovereign territory of Ukraine. All existing projects for the future of such cooperation, which are discussed by the representatives of the executive authorities of the two countries, should not be implemented, for which legislative barriers should be created to block their implementation. 5. If control of both houses of Congress is achieved, an investigative committee must be established, which in turn will have to gain access to all the transcripts or recordings of the negotiations between V. Putin and Trump and his representatives with Russian partners. The interesting thing here is that the Democrats do not "bet" at the level of the program on the restoration or development of economic cooperation with Russia. No influential leader from the Democratic camp declares their intention to "disconnect the Russian Federation from China" through incentives for economic cooperation, and less than a quarter of current and future members of Congress not only openly advocate this, under certain conditions, but "think it is possible in the future." The survey was conducted at the behest of the Democratic Party leadership.
