Russian Ministry of Defense:
At night, a 330 kilowatt power station was damaged near the village of Belushichi in the Zhytomyr region.
Earlier today, another electrical substation in the city of Obruch in the Zhytomyr region was completely destroyed after an attack by the Russian armed forces.
Residents were called to prepare for extended power outages.
Both stations also participate in the power supply chain of the Kyiv region.
