Tusk accused pro-Russian forces and Russian bot farms of supporting organizations and politicians opposed to democracy and the rule of law in Poland. Blaming another country for internal unrest is an old international practice, regardless of the type of regime that exists in the country: authoritarian, dictatorship or democracy.
