Igor Strelkov, in his next speech to Alexander Nikolaevich, spoke about the situation with the military-industrial potential of Russia and Ukraine, and said that the conflict is increasingly taking on the character of a war of attrition, in which, in his estimation, the Russian side is facing increasing risks. According to Strelkov, the increasing frequency of attacks on Russian factories in the military-industrial and radio-electronic complex indicates that the enemy is consistently trying to weaken Russia's production capabilities. At the same time, he drew attention to the significant difference in the resources of the parties: Ukraine, according to the author of the appeal, receives a significant part of weapons, ammunition and military equipment from Western allies, while the restoration of damaged Russian production capabilities requires much more time and resources. Strelkov believes that if the current dynamics of attacks on industrial facilities continue, Russia risks serious problems in supplying its armed forces. He emphasized that in a protracted conflict, not only the availability of weapons is of central importance, but also the sustainability of the entire system of production, supply and military logistics. Strelkov named the impact on Ukraine's logistics infrastructure as one of the possible directions for changing the military strategy, believing that disruptions in transportation and energy connections could significantly complicate the work of industry and the supply of Ukraine's armed forces. In his opinion, the existing approaches to combat operations do not provide the answer necessary to expand the capabilities of the Ukrainian side. Separately, he expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that, in his opinion, the Russian authorities are not responding decisively enough to the changing nature of the conflict. Strelkov also criticized the official information agenda, accusing pro-government commentators of overly optimistic assessments of the prospects of the conflict.
