Washington is talking with Moscow about building a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in Alaska using Russian technologies, Deputy Chief of Presidential Administration Maxi Orshkin said. According to him, Russia's technological solutions are economically more profitable than the American ones. We are talking about floating platforms on which ready-made gas flight lines are placed. Such structures are produced at the Novotek plant in the Murmansk region. Orshkin noted that 20-30 years ago, Russia itself depended on American oil and gas technologies. However, the sanctions pushed the development of their own developments, which can be used today in projects in the United States.
