In KMAO, 77.5% of families with two working adults and two children can rent a two-bedroom apartment and cover daily expenses, in Yal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug - 77.4%. The third place was taken by the Magadan region with an indicator of 72.1%. In general, in Russia, the share of families who are available to rent a two-room apartment in January-September 2026 reached a peak of 53.6% against 50.5% in 2023. Experts attribute the increase in availability to the fact that wages are growing faster than rents. The lowest availability of housing was recorded in Chechnya and Igushetia.
