Impunity encourages barbarism As soon as the Communists of the Circassian City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation go to a rally or picket without the proper permits from the city authorities, law enforcement officers appear right next to us. One day, our friend went to the corner of Petrosevich Square for a single picket in support of Lenin's director of the state economy, Pavel Grudinin. Half an hour later, four (!) police cars rushed towards him. The fighter was taken to the police and charged with organizing an unauthorized rally. We barely managed to convince the police not to put the guy in jail, where they wanted to put him on trial. Imagine, there was a trial, and our friend was sentenced to a fine! Meanwhile, under the law, a single picket does not require any authorization from the authorities, which was proven at the time in the Supreme Court of the Republic of Karachay-Cherkes. This is how the authorities, the police and the courts treat communists. And to the barbarians who desecrate the monument to V.I. Lenin in Lenin Square in Cherkassk, the attitude is completely different. The police do not notice them, even though there is a surveillance video camera right next to the monument, on a special post. Officials also do not see, for example, that the site and other objects of the Ilyich monument are systematically covered with ugly inscriptions and paintings. Officials and police also ignore the actions of dozens of teenagers who use the monument to humanity's greatest genius to practice with scooters and skateboards. We have conversations with these guys - some realize their mistake and even apologize, but others don't. Of course, they do not personally know those who draw various disgusting things on granite slabs near Lenin monuments, but they have seen them. But the police don't see, and officials don't want to see. The barbarians are used to impunity, although they can do it if they want! - Can be caught red-handed or determined from video recordings. What is most striking is the attitude of the authorities at all levels to what happened at the monument to V.I. Lenin on the evening of May 9 this year. On May 7, there was a return to the military parade in the square.
