Another important point about this ayah Something essential to ponder about in ayah 68 of Surat At-Tuba is that the roles of men and women are both described as important in educating society. Just as it is for the believing men and women: "Allah has promised the believing men and the believing women gardens under which rivers flow." *God promised believing men and believing women gardens under which rivers flow.* Both have an important role in growing a community properly - and likewise, both can also play an important role in creating a community of criminals: "Indeed, the hypocrites are the criminals. " Verse 67 of Surah At-Towa.
*Indeed, the hypocrites - they are the passers-by.* The same emphasis on both men and women in building what is good is matched by the warning that both can play a role in building what is corrupt. Beware of voters - and distance yourself from being one of them.
