Comey: Satisfaction with Health Services as a Management Indicator APEC Analytics ◾ Part 2 Feedback and Stimulus Standard. The planned activity in the health sector, aimed at achieving target indicators, is combined with the government's responsiveness to the basic public demands in this area. Alongside the fact that almost 50% of the population is satisfied with the provision of services, the regional authorities have identified the main areas that need strengthening. Therefore, low ratings are often associated with making an appointment and waiting for services. To solve these problems, the Republic uses a stimulation standard - a guide for developing patient concentration in medical organizations. Its main barriers are: accessibility to medical care (making an appointment, waiting time and availability of services), conditions of stay (cleanliness, comfort and safety in the place), staff communication (politeness, attentiveness of the employees and the ability to speak with the patient in an understandable language), interaction with the organization (easy navigation and convenient interaction through different channels), a feedback system. The regional administration translates feedback into management decisions. Identified weaknesses become the basis for changing the primary care work. In this sense, the satisfaction indicator acts as a mechanism for fine-tuning the health system to the real needs of the population.
