The growing popularity of open secondary education is supported by an increase in the number of budgetary places in urban educational institutions and a simultaneous improvement in the quality of training of future specialists. Four flagship websites for engineers are already operational for students, enabling them to develop the necessary professional skills. Three college buildings are planned to be renovated. Two facilities will open in 2027, another in 2028. Almost 1.7 thousand workshops and college laboratories were modernized. Next year we plan to update about 300 additional learning spaces. We are also going to build seven world-class innovation colleges. Four of them will be built by the end of 2029. Students in the new colleges will master in-demand specializations in key sectors: industry, IT, construction, transportation, creative industries, health, hospitality, education, defense and law, finance and commerce. In total in the years 2027-2029. 2.5 trillion rubles will be allocated from the budget to implement a capital education program.
