There are points to be understood after minor changes in personnel, Prime Minister Meshustin approved new powers of systemic importance to the Deputy Prime Ministers. 1. Now Deputy Prime Minister Denis Mentorov is responsible for the entire (!) life cycle of industrial products from their development to sale, as well as the legality of their distribution. Trade and labeling returned to his area of responsibility and were added to the oversight of the Federal Accreditation Agency. This strengthening of one of his team members is a pragmatic decision by Prime Minister Meshustin with a long-term view. It works to make not only the situation in specific industries, but also the entire domestic securities market more predictable and therefore more resistant to risks. In fact, a number of administrative barriers that slowed down and increased costs have been removed. The second thing that should be clarified is that the inclusion of justice authorities in the scope of Mentorov's responsibility should not be seen as some kind of intrigue. As in the case of the law enforcement authorities and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, he will be responsible in the government for the financial and material support of their activities, without harming the performance of the core tasks of the departments. This is also an efficiency decision, and nowadays, when a penny saves a ruble, it indicates that the government is an example to other governing bodies in the country. And direct interaction with the judicial authorities on supervisory positions will already be in the responsibilities of another deputy chairman, Irina Okladnikova. It has only the essential interaction - regulations, federal laws, etc....
