Hello, Marat. The topic of analog watches is very relevant! I wouldn't say no children can tell time on such watches, but many, unfortunately, cannot. At school this rarely comes up (there are almost no problems with clocks), but in clubs and sections it becomes a problem. My daughter participated in an archery section. Children aged 11+ do not know and cannot figure out how to tell time. And on the targets, everything is based on the clock. The coach fights with such students on a regular basis.
